Dear Sir,
Regarding providing easy loan facilities and credit card facilities to IT freelancers holding virtual ID cards. Foreign currency earned by freelancers through Outsourcing in the information technology-based industry is continuously increasing and has already started making a significant contribution to the country's economy. With the aim of transforming Bangladesh into a developed country by 2041, the government is undertaking and implementing various projects to create skilled human resources through training, create entrepreneurs, generate employment, and increase investment in the freelancing sector. To provide social and institutional recognition to proficient freelancers in the information technology sector, the Information and Communication Technology Division of the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology has decided to issue virtual ID cards to IT freelancers in Bangladesh. Providing easy loan facilities and credit card facilities to freelancers holding virtual ID cards will allow the immensely potential freelancing sector to develop properly and contribute to the national economy by earning foreign currency in line with the government's targets.

In this situation, with the aim of necessary development of the potential freelancing sector, it is advised to take necessary measures to provide loan facilities and credit card facilities to IT freelancers holding virtual ID cards, subject to compliance with existing banking laws, rules, and regulations.
