In line with Presidential Proclamation No. 1248 dated 06 March 2007 (copy attached) the Bangko Sentral rig Pilipinas (BSP) encourages all banks to support the programs and activities of the BAIPHIL in celebration of the BAIPH!L Training and Development Week on 09 to 14 March 2026. All Banks Bankers Institute of the Philippines, Inc. (BAIPHIL) Training and Development Week The event will feature a series of learning sessions o ganized by BAIPHIL and will carry the theme, "BAIPHIL @85 Partnerships that R. I'S. E - Resilience. Inclusivity. Sustainability. Engagement". BAIPHIL continues to play a vital role in strengthening the capabilities of the banking sector through continuing education, research, and information eXchange. Over the years, it has established itself as a leading banking training institute and a trusted partner of banks and financial institutions in promoting sound governance and professional development. Currently supported by 70 institutional members, BAIPHIL is also a member of the Asia acific Association of Banking Institutes, reflecting its commitment to regional collaboration and the advancement of global standards in banking education. WHEREAS, the Bankers Institute of the Philippines (BAIPHIL) was organized in 1,941 with the mission f providing support to banks towards productivity enhancement through research, infor ation eXchange and education; WHEREAS, the BAIPHIL is widely acknowledged as a leading training institute - the training provider of choice not only for banking related-seminars but more significantiy for corpora e governance courses as well; WHEREAS, th BAIPHIL, comprises the senior executives of its more than 60 institutional members and is a member of the Asian Pacific Assodat!on of Banking Institutes (APABl); ^ PROCLAMAnoN No. 1.248 . WHEREAS, th BAIPHIL, has played a critical role in the development and advancement of the P iiippine banking industry in the last sixty five years that it has been in existence; WHEREAS, it is imperative that the tradition of excellence in training and development that the BAIPHIL has nurtures and inculcated among its members be institutionalized, preserved and be further propagated.
