Instruction No. 2012-I-02 of June 28, 2012, regarding the removal of the ENGCT_INT table
The Prudential Control Authority issued Instruction No. 2012-I-02 to formally abolish the ENGCT_INT table, which previously reported credit risk related to international banking activities. This directive amends Instruction No. 2009-01 by deleting references to the ENGCT_INT table and replacing Annex 5 with the annex attached to the current instruction.
