The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) mandates insurance entities to declare the appointment or renewal of senior management members, including directors general and board presidents. This declaration must be submitted using the specific form attached to the instruction, sent via mail and electronically to the designated ACPR addresses. The instruction entered into force upon its publication on February 12, 2015.
