Instruction No. 2025-I-20 on the Composition of the Prior Declaration File for Affiliation, Withdrawal, or Exclusion of a Mutual Insurance Group Company (SGAM), a Mutualist Group Union (UMG), or a Social Protection Insurance Group Company (SGAPS)
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority issued Instruction No. 2025-I-20 to update the annexes governing the prior declaration file required for the affiliation, withdrawal, or exclusion of mutual insurance group companies, mutualist group unions, and social protection insurance group companies. This instruction replaces previous directives from 2015, 2018, 2019, and 2024, mandating that all declarations be submitted electronically via the ACPR portal. The updated regulatory framework enters into force on January 1, 2026.
