The Bank of Zambia has established submission deadlines for monthly, quarterly, and audited annual financial statement returns for payment systems entities throughout 2020. Kindly be informed that the due dates for submission of Payment Systems Returns for the 2020 financial year are as follows:

3. AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The Audited Annual Financial Statements should be submitted within three calendar months after the end of the financial year of your institution.
Further, kindly be advised that a penalty of K500.00 (Kwacha five hundred only) will be charged per day for any delayed submissions or incorrect returns.
Kindly be informed accordingly.
