Cancellation of Notices on Technology Risk Management and Cyber Hygiene
MAS Notice CMG-N02 and MAS Notice CMG-N03 are cancelled with effect from 10 May 2024. The cancelled documents are MAS Notice CMG-N02 on Technology Risk Management dated 21 June 2013 and MAS Notice CMG-N03 on Cyber Hygiene dated 6 August 2019. The cancellation is issued under sections 45(1), 46ZK(1), 81R(1), 81SV(1), 81ZL(1), 101(1), 123ZZB(1) and 293(1) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001.
