The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a correction to a proposed rule document regarding capital, margin, and segregation requirements for security-based swap dealers and broker-dealers. This correction specifically reprints the table in its entirety for section 240.15c3-1 on page 70330 of the original November 23, 2012 publication. The updated table details the basis point spread percentages applicable to credit default swap contracts based on their time to maturity and spread ranges.
