Capital Market Authority Board Decision No. 119 of 2023

Regarding the Extension of the Founding Committee's Deadline for the Egyptian Securities Union Capital Market Authority Board

Having reviewed the Capital Market Law issued by Law No. 95 of 1992; and Law No. 10 of 2009 regulating supervision over non-Egyptian markets and financial instruments; and the Capital Market Authority Board Decision No. 20 of 2019 issuing the Articles of Association of the Egyptian Securities Union; and after approval by the Authority's Board in its meeting held on May 25, 2023;

Resolved:

(Article One)

The deadline granted to the aforementioned Founding Committee, as stipulated in Article (44) of the Articles of Association of the Egyptian Securities Union, for convening the Union's first General Assembly, is extended for a period of three months effective from June 18, 2023.

(Article Two)

This Decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority's official website.
