Central Bank Notice in accordance with section 44G of the Central Bank Act Chap.79:02
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago ceased control of Colonial Life Insurance Company (Trinidad) Limited effective 1st December, 2022. All powers of control over the company's affairs, property, and undertakings previously vested in the Central Bank were transferred back to Colonial Life Insurance Company (Trinidad) Limited from that date.
