Consultation: High Level Controls Module (Module HC)

As part of the CBB’s initiatives to further enhance its regulatory framework, the CBB is hereby proposing a revised High-Level Controls Module (Module HC) under the CBB Rulebook – Volume 5. The proposed revised Module HC requirements will replace the existing requirements and will become a common Module applicable to all whom this circular is addressed.

The proposed revised Module HC shall be on the CBB website (www.cbb.gov.bh) under the “Open Consultations” Section.

The CBB requests you to provide your comments, including ‘nil comments’ on the proposed amendments in an editable format to consultation@cbb.gov.bh by 24th July 2023.
