Central Bank of Jordan Circular on Credit Information Sharing with Crefi-Jordan

The Central Bank of Jordan authorizes licensed banks to share credit facility information with Crefi-Jordan without prior customer consent, effective from the date of the circular. Banks must exclude guarantor or third-party collateral owner names unless specific written consent is obtained. Institutions are required to comply with Credit Information Law No. 15 of 2010 and provide data for the previous three years as soon as possible.
