Greetings,

With reference to the instructions and circulars issued by the Central Bank which will cease to be effective on 2020/12/31, I have decided to extend the validity of the following circulars and instructions until 2021/12/31:

  1. Instructions No. (2009/47) dated 2009/12/10.
  2. Circular No. (11084/1/10) dated 2018/8/27.
  3. Circular No. (16722/1/10) dated 2018/12/16.
  4. Item fifth of Circular No. (6410/5/10) dated 2020/6/9.
  5. Item first of Circular No. (2510/1/10) dated 2017/2/14.

In addition to the continued suspension of the implementation of Circular No. (12001/3/10) dated 2009/9/17 until 2021/12/31.
