Central Bank of Jordan Decision Approving Insurance Agent Forms
The Central Bank of Jordan issued Decision No. 15866/2/17 to approve eight standardized forms for insurance agent licensing, re-registration, and branch operations, including applications for exclusive, non-exclusive, and legal person agents. This decision repeals Decision No. 9 of 2004 and mandates that the attached forms be used for all related regulatory procedures. The provisions of this decision took effect on September 1, 2023.
