Central Bank of Jordan: Reinsurance Broker License Renewal Requirements for 2025
The Central Bank of Jordan requires reinsurance brokers to submit license renewal applications for 2025 by Thursday, November 28, 2024. Applicants must provide a completed renewal form, activity statements, non-criminal records, updated commercial and trademark registrations, office lease agreements, proof of fifteen hours of specialized training, valid professional liability insurance, identification documents, and audited financial statements for legal entities. Additionally, natural and legal entities must sign declarations confirming compliance with Insurance Activities Regulation No. 12 of 2021, confirming no conflict of interest, and approving the registered address, alongside proof of valid work permits for non-Jordanian staff and payment of annual fees.
