Interim Decision No. 13341

Amendment of Basic Decision No. 7858 dated 30/6/2001

The Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon,

Pursuant to the Monetary and Loan Law, particularly Article 146 thereof,

Pursuant to Basic Decision No. 7858 dated 30/6/2001 and its amendments regarding statistical data,

Pursuant to the decision of the Central Council of the Central Bank of Lebanon taken during its session held on 23/6/2021,

Decides as follows:

Article One: The text of Form (2 FND) attached to Basic Decision No. 7858 dated 30/6/2001 is repealed and replaced by the new text attached to this Decision.

Article Two: Exceptionally, the Central Bank of Lebanon shall be provided with the Form (2 FND), amended by this Decision, for data as of 30/4/2021, 31/5/2021, and 30/6/2021, with a maximum deadline of 30/7/2021.

Article Three: This Decision shall be enforced upon its issuance.

Article Four: This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette.
