Central Bank of Myanmar Instruction No. 16/2021 on Foreign Currency Transactions

This instruction repeals four previous directives regarding the purchase and sale of foreign currencies by authorized dealers and money changers. The repealed documents are Instruction No. 6/2011, Instruction No. 7/2011, Instruction No. 16/2012, and Instruction No. 17/2015. The repeal applies to regulations governing foreign currency transactions conducted by entities holding an Authorized Dealer License or a Money Changer License.
