The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago declares the withdrawal of two guidelines for all financial institutions licensed under the Financial Institutions Act, 2008. The 'Guidelines for the Establishment and Operation of Mutual Funds' are no longer in force as the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission now regulates collective investment schemes. Additionally, the 'Guidelines and Operating Procedures for Applications for Excess Credit Facilities' are repealed because the Financial Institutions Act, 2008 replaced the previous legislation and introduced different credit exposure reporting requirements.
