Rule · BCB · 24 Mar 2026 · Resolução BCB 554
Participants must configure minimum balance thresholds, atypical movement monitoring, and automatic blocking options for their Conta PI. Upon reaching configured limits or triggering automatic blocking, the SPI immediately and definitively rejects unsettled instant payment orders. Participants may query balances, submit operational commands, and request transaction statements. Blocking remains effective until the participant manually unblocks the account via the SPB-Web module.
