Central Office of Returned Cheques
The Central Bank of Lebanon issued Intermediary Decision No. 13137 to amend the regulations governing the Central Office of Returned Cheques. The decision grants a fifteen-day grace period from October 15, 2019, to November 15, 2019, for the settlement of returned cheque statuses. This measure modifies the calculation of the deadline specified in Article 3 of the foundational Decision No. 6060.
