Resolution

of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On Declaring Ineffective the Resolution "On the Approval of the Regulation on Non-Accrual of Interest", as well as amendments and additions to it

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On Banks and Banking Activity", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. To declare ineffective certain departmental normative legal acts according to the appendix.

2. This resolution enters into force upon the expiration of one month from the date of its official publication.
