Food Labeling (21 CFR Part 101) In the Federal Register of May 27, 2016 (81 FR 33742), we published a final rule entitled ‘‘Food Labeling: Revision of the Nutrition and Supplement Facts Labels’’ (the Nutrition Facts Label Final Rule). The Nutrition Facts Label Final Rule amended our labeling regulations for conventional foods and dietary supplements to provide updated nutrition information on the label to assist consumers in maintaining healthy dietary practices. In the Federal Register of December 21, 2018 (83 FR 65493), we issued a technical amendment pertaining to the Nutrition Facts label requirements.
