Cheque Cancelatorio - Law 25345

We address you regarding Communication "A" 3201, by which the regulation of the new banking instrument Cheque Cancelatorio was established, in order to inform you of the procedure for the withdrawal of the values and the design of the ".txt" record.

In this regard, Annex I includes a model note to proceed with the request for provision of the aforementioned documents, noting that these must be countersigned with signatures registered at this Central Bank. Such requests may be delivered at Reconquista 266 - in the Cashier Sector during the hours of 10:00 to 12:00 starting from the 27th of the current month; proceeding to the withdrawal of the requested values the following day at the same place and hours.

Likewise, Annex II attaches the design of the ".txt" record that must be generated with the operations of: sale, purchase, sending for collection of the Cheque Cancelatorios, in accordance with what was implemented in item 4.2 of the Annex of the aforementioned communication.

The aforementioned communication will be distributed in printed form.
