CIEX No. 2/2019: Messaging of the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payments Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia mandates that the <num_orden_originante> and <num_orden_destinatario> tags in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) messaging must have a length between 20 and 30 characters, starting with the ASFI code of the respective financial entity. Participants are recommended to concatenate this code with a timestamp (e.g., YYYYMMDDhhmmss) and an entity-specific correlativo. The circular also reminds participants of the availability of the "abtenerOrden" method in the consultation web service to retrieve order information and status.
