CIEX No. 21/2023: Interoperability Testing for Synchronous Messaging and QR Payments in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP)
Participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) involved in ACCL and UNILINK must submit specific technical and cryptographic information by May 12, 2023, to complete interoperability testing for immediate QR payments between the Deferred Settlement Module and Electronic Funds Transfer Order Clearing and Settlement Chambers. Submissions must include contact details for technical and operational staff, the entity's public key for signing OETFs, and QR codes for OETF processing encrypted with the provided public key.
