TO: PARTICIPANTS IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT CLEARING SYSTEM SUBJECT: RE-ACREDITATION OF ACCESS TO THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT CLEARING SYSTEM (LIP) OF THE BCB

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies participants in the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) that the process for re-accreditation of access to the LIP will take place from July 12 to July 28, 2023.

To this end, you must request the re-accreditation of high and/or low access via note (attached model), considering the following:

1. Attach Form 2970-071 “BCB External Services Register” of the responsible user(s) for the administration of access (Profile: SECURITY), duly signed.
2. Complete the Table “Authorized Users by Entity 2023” with data on new and/or re-accredited users of the entity and send it in Excel format to the email address reacreditacionLIP@bcb.gob.bo

Likewise, it is clarified that the only profile authorized by the BCB is SECURITY; therefore, it is recalled that users with the SECURITY profile are responsible for the creation of access, rehabilitation of passwords, and designation of profiles within their entity.
