CIEX No. 29/2023: Re-accreditation of Access to the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP)
The Central Bank of Bolivia requires participants in the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) to re-accredit their system access between July 12 and July 28, 2023. Participants must submit Form 2970-071 signed by the responsible security profile user and provide an Excel file listing all authorized users for 2023 to reacreditacionLIP@bcb.gob.bo. The Bank clarifies that only the SECURITY profile is authorized for access, placing responsibility for user creation, password rehabilitation, and profile designation on those holding this profile within their entities.
