TO: FINANCIAL ENTITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF "EL PROGRESO FINANCIAL ENTITY FOR HOUSING" AS A PARTICIPANT IN THE DEFERRED SETTLEMENT MODULE (MLD) OF THE LIP

Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that "El Progreso Financial Entity for Housing" (VPG) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations; consequently, as of August 4, 2022, it is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Participant: EL PROGRESO FINANCIAL ENTITY FOR HOUSING Participant Code: MLD75004 Abbreviation: VPG

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtener Certificados, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, this information is requested to be taken into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
