CIEX No. 38/2020: New BCB Digital Certificate for the LIP Payment System
The Central Bank of Bolivia issues a new digital certificate for the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP), valid from August 1, 2020, to July 13, 2022. Financial entities using Web Services for LIP operations must schedule the certificate exchange in the presence of a Public Notary. The Help Desk will manage scheduling requests starting from the date of issuance.
