CIEX No. 42/2022: Authorization of Abierta La Merced R.L. as a Participant in the Deferred Liquidation Module of LIP
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Cooperative Savings and Credit Abierta La Merced R.L. (CME) to participate in the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP), effective September 12, 2022. This authorization permits CME, identified by participant code MLD3004, to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Participants are instructed to configure their systems using the public key of the newly authorized entity via the MLDConsultasService method obtener Certificados.
