TO: FINANCIAL ENTITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT LIQUIDATION SYSTEM SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF "COOPERATIVA DE AHORRO Y CRÉDITO ABIERTA LA MERCED R.L." AS A PARTICIPANT IN THE DEFERRED LIQUIDATION MODULE (MLD) OF LIP

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that "Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta La Merced R.L." (CME) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations; consequently, as of September 12, 2022, it is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Participant: COOPERATIVA DE AHORRO Y CRÉDITO ABIERTA LA MERCED R.L.
Participant Code: MLD3004
Acronym: CME

Additionally, according to the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service – method obtener Certificados, participants can consult the public key of all entities authorized in the MLD. In this regard, it is requested to take this information into account to configure the participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
