CIEX No. 42/2023: Guide for Issuing No Objection for New Electronic Payment Services and Instruments
The Central Bank of Bolivia approves and enforces the "Guide for Issuing No Objection for New Electronic Payment Services and Instruments," establishing the minimum structure and requirements for financial intermediation entities and payment service companies to provide new payment services. This guide becomes effective on November 7, 2023, and supersedes External Circular CIEX No. 24/2021 of July 13, 2021.
