The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) the update of the Operational and IT Guides for the Deferred Liquidation Module of the LIP and the issuance of the Guide for specifications for the generation and use of QR, approved by Resolution GGRAL – GAL No. 74/2022, which are available in the BCB cloud at the following address:
