CIEX No. 48/2021: Regulation of Indicators for Passive Interest Rates and Liquidity Windows
The Central Bank of Bolivia approved the Regulation of Indicators for Passive Interest Rates and Liquidity Windows via Board Resolution No. 140/2021, effective December 8, 2021. This regulation applies to all multiple banks and Banco Unión S.A., with reporting obligations commencing for interest rate data reported as of December 12, 2021.
