CIEX No. 53/2021: Reconciliation of Accounts of Banks and Financial Entities with the Central Bank of Bolivia
Banks and financial entities authorized by the Financial System Supervision Authority are required to submit monthly reconciliation statements and supporting documentation to the Central Bank of Bolivia by the fifth day of each month following the reconciliation date. This obligation applies to specific national currency, foreign currency, and fiscal accounts, with pending items requiring attached justification documents to avoid exclusive liability for non-regularization. Failure to comply will be reported to the Financial System Supervision Authority, and Circular SGRAL. No. 015/2009 is hereby repealed.
