CIEX No. 55/2022: Sworn Declarations of Portfolio Related to CPVIS III, CAPROSEN, FIUSEER, and CPRO Funds
The Central Bank of Bolivia requires financial intermediation entities to submit sworn declarations regarding portfolios for the CPVIS III, CAPROSEN, FIUSEER, and CPRO funds using a specific written note format attached to this circular. This requirement applies to information previously submitted under Articles 33, 36, 39, and 42 of the Legal Reserve Regulation, as modified by Board Resolution No. 120/2022. Circular Externa CIEX No. 49/2022 is hereby repealed, and any notes not adhering to the defined format or citing invalid resolutions will be considered invalid.
