The Central Bank of Bolivia communicates that through Board Resolution No. 120/2022 of December 13, 2022, the modification to the Legal Reserve Regulation (REL) was approved; therefore, from this date, information with the character of Sworn Declaration sent in compliance with Articles Nos. 33, 36, 39, and 42 of the REL must be sent via written note considering the format attached to the present Circular.
