Circular 04-2018: Periodicity of Plan Único de Cuentas (PUC) Reporting via SERI for Investment Advisors
The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (SMV) issued Circular 04-2018 to mandate that Investment Advisors submit their Plan Único de Cuentas (PUC) reports on a quarterly basis within twenty calendar days following the end of each period. This directive modifies Article 4 of Agreement 8-2017, extending the deadline for the first quarter of 2018 to April 20, 2018, replacing the original February 15, 2018 deadline. The change is grounded in Decree Law 1 of July 8, 1999, and Agreement 8-2017 of December 13, 2017.
