Circular 04 of 2026 - Call for comments
The National Credit Regulator invites written comments on the review of the Debt Counsellors’ Code of Conduct for Debt Review and the Credit Industry Code of Conduct to combat over-indebtedness, as well as the development of a Code of Conduct for Payment Distribution Agents. Submissions must be sent to COC@ncr.org.za by Wednesday, 12th August 2026. Registrants are encouraged to coordinate with industry associations for collective submissions or include registration credentials if submitting independently.
