Circular 05 of 2019 - DC Court Challenges
The National Credit Regulator invites debt counsellors to submit written input regarding trends, practices, and challenges encountered when referring debt counselling matters to court. Submissions must be specific, identifying the relevant court and aligning challenges to that jurisdiction, with personal attendance discouraged in favor of direct engagement with attorneys. Registrants are required to send these submissions to dcinfo@ncr.org.za by 28 June 2019.
