Circular 15/2010 — Modifies Circular 2019/95
The Bank of Mexico amends the Transitory Provision of Circular 5/2010 to postpone the effective date of sections M.36.3 and M.36.31 of Circular 2019/95 to May 5, 2010. This modification delays the application of the commission charging scheme and the obligation for automated teller machine operators to display commission information, as originally established in Circular 17/2009.
