Circular 19/2008 — Modifies Circular 2031/97
The Bank of Mexico updates the authorized institutions list for the reciprocal payments and credits agreement with Brazil by revising sheets A.II.10, A.II.17, A.II.19, A.II.20, A.II.21, A.II.22, and A.II.23 of Circular 2031/97. This modification incorporates new branches and entities, such as HSBC Bank Brasil S.A. locations in Blumenau, Campinas, and Curitiba, and Banco Brascan S.A., into the catalog of institutions authorized to operate under the agreement with the Central Bank of Brazil. Credit institutions in Mexico are informed of these updates to the operational rules.
