Circular 2 of 2024 - Call for Comments Form 43
The National Credit Regulator invites written comments on proposed revisions to the Form 43 Annual Compliance Report Guidelines by 30 April 2024. The consultation addresses concerns that current auditor engagements do not provide sufficient assurance regarding credit bureau compliance with the National Credit Act. Submissions should be directed to form43guidelines@ncr.org.za and may include recommendations based on the attached workshop summary.
