Circular 20/2010 — Amends Circular 2019/95
The Bank of Mexico repeals section M.85 of Circular 2019/95 to maintain the proper functioning of payment systems following the issuance of Circular 17/2010. This repeal applies to multiple banking institutions in Mexico. The circular enters into force on June 16, 2010.
