Circular 23/2010 — Modifies Circular-Telefax 6/2005

The document amends Annex 4 of Circular-Telefax 6/2005 to limit the validity period of digital certificates to a maximum of four years from the date of issuance. Authorized Certification Agencies (CA) and Registration Agencies (RA) must obtain new digital certificates with an eight-year validity period by scheduling an appointment at the Bank of Mexico's Operations and Payments Systems Directorate. This modification takes effect on August 5, 2010.
