Circular 28/2009 — Modifies Circular 2031/97
The Bank of Mexico updates the list of authorized institutions operating under the reciprocal payments and credits convention with the Central Bank of Paraguay. This modification, effective December 2009, adds twelve specific entities, including the Central Bank of Paraguay and various commercial banks, to the authorized roster previously established in Circular 2031/97.
