Circular 3/2008 — Modifies Circular 2031/97
The Bank of Mexico modifies the Operational Rules of the Agreement on Payments and Reciprocal Credits to reflect updates made by the Central Bank of Argentina and the Central Bank of Brazil to the catalog of authorized institutions. This modification is implemented by updating pages A.II.3 and A.II.20 of the rules previously established in Circular 2031/97. The changes apply to credit institutions in Mexico operating under the agreement with the Central Banks of ALADI member countries and the Dominican Republic.
