Circular 3/2024 — Modifies Circular 9/2023
The Bank of Mexico modifies Annexes 2, 21, and 22 of Circular 9/2023 regarding Cash Operations to update the list of Par Locations by removing Tepic, Matamoros, and Zacatecas following the closure of their Correspondent offices. Credit institutions must apply these changes to the fee factors in Annex 21 and the minimum withdrawal and deposit quantities for banknotes in Annex 22. The modifications enter into force on March 4, 2024.
