The National Credit Regulator invites stakeholders to submit comments on potential changes to the Credit Life Insurance Regulations, 2017, covering specific areas such as cost calculation methods, maximum prescribed costs, insurance covers, exclusions, risk underwriting, and waiting periods. Submissions must be sent to Mr Bongani Gwexe at bgwexe@ncr.org.za by the close of business on Wednesday, 30 June 2021.
