The Bank of Mexico modifies the operating rules for the reciprocal payments and credits agreement with the Central Banks of Bolivia and Venezuela, as well as other ALADI member countries and the Dominican Republic, to reflect updates to the catalog of authorized institutions. The document updates pages A.II.5 and A.II.34 of the agreement's rules. It lists the specific authorized banking entities for Venezuela, including their names, locations, and codes, and notes that the Central Bank of Venezuela does not process operations with individuals except for state-owned enterprises. It also lists the authorized banking entities for Bolivia with their respective names, locations, and codes.
