Circular 42/2010 — Modifies Circular 2019/95
The Bank of Mexico modifies Section 5 of Annex 7 of Circular 2019/95 to require that auction results be made available through the SIAC-BANXICO system within sixty minutes after the submission deadline for bids. This change applies to multiple banking institutions and standardizes the disclosure timeline for auctions conducted for monetary regulation purposes. The modification entered into force on December 17, 2010.
