Circular 5/2009 — Amends Circular 47/2008
The Bank of Mexico amends Circular 47/2008 to reduce the maximum daily amount of US dollars sold in auctions to credit institutions. The total combined volume of up to three daily auctions is capped at 300 million US dollars, with subsequent auctions adjusting the remaining volume based on prior allocations. This measure takes effect on March 9, 2009.
