Circular 5/2017 — Modifications to Circular 3/2017
The Bank of Mexico amends Annexes 4 and 7 of the Rules for Foreign Exchange Coverage Auctions by replacing the requirement for the official's title to include the power to exercise acts of dominion with a requirement for the official's title only. This modification applies to credit institutions and enters into force upon publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
